而一直無法看見的
用我的肉眼和小型望遠鏡。
但我相信，
你那至極精密的大眼睛，
一定不會看錯。
你不會說謊，不會欺騙我，
可不是嗎，哈伯？

是的，黑洞，
每一恆星，乃至每一島宇宙，
就在億兆年後，
都要變成黑洞，不再發光。
那是上帝規定了的，
誰也無法逃避。

全宇宙的死亡，終將來到。
然則，你渺小的地球呀，

what do you see?

in our own galaxy;
and there are more and more black holes also,
outside the galaxy in other nebulas.
Yes, black holes.
Of whose existence I have long known
yet failed to see hitherto
with my eyes and little telescope.
But I believe
your large eye of utmost precision,
will never be wrong in perception.

don't you, Hubble?
