燈前的窗玻璃是一面鏡子，
莫掀帷望遠吧，如不想自鑒。
可是遠窗是更深的鏡子：
一星燈火裡看是誰的愁眼？
「我不能陪你聽我的鼾聲」
是利刃，可是劈不開水渦：
人在你夢裡，你在人夢裡。
獨醒者放下屠刀來為你們祝福。

The window glass before the lamp is a mirror,
Not wanna see yourself, don't lift the curtain to look afar.
Yet the window afar is a mirror of greater profoundity:
gazing in the lamp's spark, whose eyes of melancholy they are?
"I can't accompany you listening to my snore"
is a blade so sharp, yet fails to cleave the swirling water :
Someone's in your dream, in someone's dream you are.
The only one awake, to give you his blessings, puts the butcher's knife down.
